Stir fry eggplant

Saw some cute mini eggplants at NTUC and decided to search for a recipe for this dish.



For the sauce:
Soy sauce 2 table spoon
Oyster sauce 2 table spoon
Brown sugar 1 teaspoon (I used my normal white castor sugar)

Ingredients:
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with water two table spoon
Sesame seeds
Chilli
One large egg plant or a few small eggplants.

Method:
1. Add garlic chilli and egg plant stir fry for 5 mins
2. Add sauce fry for another five mins
3. Add cornstarch

My little assistant helped me to sprinkle some sesame seeds on it.


And serve !
