Simply Tofu

This is the fastest dish that you can prepare in a short 5 mins or less.


Since Xav is eating, I boil some hot water and dip the tofu into it for 3 mins to warm in and as well as to kill of any bacterial if there is.

For the sauce, I mixed light soy sauce with a little sesame oil and poured over the tofu.

Then, topped with some fish floss before serving. A light, healthy and tasty dish.
