Steam egg with minced meat & french beans

This is another dish I made for Xavier. I try to give him a side dish now to go along with his porridge. In a way, more variety, new texture for him to taste and feel.

Pardon my pics.. still have lots of room for improvement to have n smooth egg. Hoping to make one which is not dimpled with so many holes.

Ingredients:
1. Minced Meat

2. Chopped french beans
3. One egg

Method:
1. Mix one egg with water (Say prob about 30 - 60 ml)
2. Put in a little soy sauce to taste (Pepper is optional)
3. Mix in the meat and veg.
4. Boil some water in the pan and simmer.
5. Steam the egg about 5- 8 mins
